         Internet was firstly created by the US Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (APRANET) in 1969. It served as a tool of communication between the top defence and the civilian branches of the US, against the Soviet Union in case of nuclear attack. At the beginning, the APRANET was divided into two sections: the civilian and the military one. After this, it become more developed in the sense of features and the user interface by the British. In fact, each user could have access to its own page in the web with a unique IP address or URL; http which is used to transfer audios or video files. Even though Western cultural globalization has allowed major and important developments all around the world, it also had create discontent in countries, specifically Islamic ones. In fact, many countries such as China or Iran, want to restrict the Western reception of television through licensing regimes judging the content inappropriate due to sexual content or to how the women is represented in the media. For example, in Asia, the Western culture displayed through television is seen as undermining traditional values as for China, the Disney movie Mulan was delayed because the government didn’t like or appreciate the portrayal of the Chinese culture made in the movie.
